A superior Parsnip with excellent wedge shaped roots. Excellent for main and late season sowing. Melbourne Whiteskin holds well over Winter into Spring.

Grow as for carrots, keeping tops of roots covered to avoid cankers.  Always use fresh seed.

Sow 1 cm deep, thinning to 7 to 12 cm apart  after germination. Best sown August to January (cold), August to March (warm) and February to September in the tropics. Space rows 20 cm apart. Germinates in 10 days at 21 deg. soil temperature. Keep constantly moist until germination.

CAUTION Seed may be treated with a pre-emergence fungicide. Do not use as stock food. Only for use as SEED for SOWING,
