Broccoli sprouts are immature broccoli, rich in a range of nutrients, including vitamin C, vitamin A, fiber, and sulforaphane. Broccoli sprouts contain very high levels of sulforaphane, a nutrient that possesses anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties.

Place approx. 1 tablespoon of seed in a jar or sprouting tray, cover with water and soak overnight. Rinse the seed twice daily, being careful to tilt the jar/tray to ensure all liquid is drained. Place the jar/tray in indirect light. Sprouts will be ready for consumption within 7 days. Keep refrigerated and use within 2 – 3 days.
