Beetroot – Golden Beet

Beta vulgaris crassa

A delicious golden beetroot with round roots and excellent flavour. Roots do not ‘bleed’ like normal types. Leaves are edible as a silverbeet substitute. Unusual and worth considering as an alternative to traditional varieties.
